Not happy
The staff at reception were very patient and helpful, The room was large enough and the bed comfortable.
The hotel lobby is so odd and filled with security men in suits watching everyone (obviously someone was there who needed that but still its creepy). The decor is a mix of Asian styles and who knows what. We ate at the bar twice and both times the waitress did not come back to see if we needed anything or wanted a refill (which we did). The hotel was out of the way for the sights we wanted to see. Prices were ridiculous. And they overcharged us until we questioned it.

Ligging , vriendelijkheid van het personeel
Douchen in bad vind ik niet fijn en zeker niet passend in zo’n dure kamer. In de omschrijving staat dat er wellness is, dat klopt maar je kunt er alleen gebruik van maken wanneer je een behandeling van La Mer neemt. Zelfs tegen betaling mag je er anders geen gebruik van maken…dat is echt raar!

The breakfast was not good, and unfortunately, the room service was also unsatisfactory. I requested water several times, but I did not receive any response or assistance. I hope the hotel can improve these services in the future.
