    Very expensive for mediocre to low service. Staff should be more friendly and professional.

    Central location, but hard to reach by car.

    Staff at breakfast was far from friendly. Cleaning staff enters room without knocking. Only friendly staff was a young guy at reception. First night breakfast was eggs-bread-juice-coffee. Second night there was a buffet. This at same price?! Breakfast is supposed to open at 7am, but bread, coffee etc only arrives at 7.15. Watch out when you pay in soles. Their exchange rate is very high! Normally in hotels they use the official day rate, but here they add a lot. Shower is only just lukewarm, certainly not hot. Room with balcony was offered as “upgrade” but is very noisy: noise until 11pm and starts again at 4am. This hotel is hugely overpriced. We got better service in all hotels that charged less than half, and this after 4 months of travel through Peru. So best to find other hotel.
