    Ubicación fantástica

    El señor que nos hizo el check in. Muy desagradable y hablándonos en italiano cerrado cuando le habíamos dado nuestros pasaportes y sabía que no éramos italianos. Horrible, daba miedo incluso.

    Nice hotel in good location on the bank of the Arno

    This is a lovely hotel. I would say it has “faded elegance”. The public areas are really pretty. The staff were very nice and friendly offering good recommendations for local eateries. Breakfast offering was excellent.

    A couple of things in my room made it less than perfect - the water pressure was really poor and for whatever reason the bedside lamp had no on/off switch meaning I had to unplug it! The front entrance marble steps could use a handrail. The outdoor metalwork on the roof terrace needs repainting.
