The property felt very worn and old.
The location is close to town
Back door to hotel not secured (electronic lock removed). Towels were tattered. Tiles and tub in bathroom cracked/very worn. Tv would not connect. Ice machine in 3rd floor removed.

It was a good place to stay while I was in town for work
Location was great
The breakfast wasn’t very good. On one day they had chocolate ding dong cupcakes

It was exceptional in cleanliness, help from front desk, & comfortable bed
I stated the price didn’t meet my expectations because I did not expect the all the greatness that we got at that price. I had trouble with how cold the room was and even turning off the AC and turning up the heat I was cold. I asked at the front desk if they had any blankets. The woman there was only filling in BUT she was wonderful. She went looking for a blanket and found one for me. Then we had trouble with our TV and the remote not working and being tired we decided to just go to sleep BUT we could not get the TV to shut off. Once again the lady at the front desk came and was able to turn it off by hitting the “on” button, the “off” button was not working. She was so pleasant and so very helpful.
I don’t know if the TV remote just needed new batteries or what. We were in room 105. And I think even though it was extremely hot outside the rooms need to be kept at a more tepid temperature for clients to then set them as they prefer.
