    Overall, we would have expected a higher standard of cleanliness, more professional service, and a warmer welcome. The

    Unfortunately, a Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, we were not entirely satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Upon arrival, the receptionist was busy playing on her phone instead of giving us a friendly and welcoming reception, which did not make a good first impression. There were also several issues regarding cleanliness. We found hair in the shower, the towel provided was dirty, and the shower gel was empty. These are things that should not happen in a hotel. During both dinner and breakfast, we noticed that some of the restaurant staff were chewing gum while serving guests, and they were noticeably smacking their lips while chewing. We found this unprofessional and unpleasant, especially while eating. Another negative point was having to pay extra for pool towels. In our opinion, this is an unnecessary additional charge that should be reconsidered.

    However, one waiter in the restaurant deserves special mention for his excellent service. He was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful, which was a very positive experience and deserves to be highlighted.

    obiekt nie posiada windy ,więc jest bardzo tudno dostępny dla osób z problemami z chodzeniem po schodach

    bardzo nam sie nie podobała kolacja z self serwisem i bufetem ,zabrakło dań
