WIFIが使えなかった。

夜遅く、疲れている状態でチェックインした際、最初にマイナンバーカードを提示したにもかかわらず、スタッフから「在留カードでなければだめです」と言われ、在留カードの提示・コピーを求められました。 私は日本国内に住所があり、本人確認に協力する意思もありました。それにもかかわらず、マイナンバーカードでは認められず、外国人であることを理由に在留カードを求められたことに、強い疑問と不快感を覚えました。 厚生労働省の「旅館業法FAQ」では、日本国内に住所を有する外国人宿泊者に対して、在留カードの提示・コピーを強制することはできないと説明されています。 長旅で疲れている中、必要性について納得できる説明もないまま余計なやり取りを強いられ、非常に残念でした。本人確認は理解できますが、外国人宿泊客にも適切で公平な対応をしていただきたいです。
