    A fost frig in camera. Am cerut schimbarea, s a întâmplat dar tot m am acoperit cu 2 pilote. In baie frig si miros de mucegai.

    Ero un cliente ricorrente. Cambierò struttura.

    La colazione era ristrettissima, pochissime cose e senza scelta. Possibilità di scelta di un menù tutti a base di uova, il menù che contiene 1 croissant richiede 25 minuti di attesa per scaldarlo. Tutte le aree comuni della struttura hanno finestre aperte giorno e notte (di notte si arriva a 5 gradi). Le camere fredde all'arrivo e non partiva neanche il riscaldamento. Parliamo di un soggiorno in camera Delux. Dopo le 23 o le 24 non c'è neanche più l'acqua calda in bagno. Phon presente ma danneggiato e vecchio, mancavano i saponi. La doccia era una cabina in cui scendeva male l'acqua, l'asta del soffione era rotta e i getti massaggianti non funzionanti. Il personale è entrato in camera mentre ero ancora a letto per rassettare la stanza senza bussare e trovandosi davanti ha me ha chiesto se poteva risistemare la camera ugualmente. Lavano i pavimenti (lisci e lucidi) alle 8-9 del mattino quando si è obbligati a transitare con rischio di scivolare.
