    The location was great and walking distance to old downtown, the bus and train station as well as the ferries for stops around the lake. The tables outside were great to just sit and grab a cocktail or a coffee.

    What I really liked was the staff, particularly the manager on duty Seraphine - she was amazing! Unfortunately, I had lost my phone in one of the stores downtown and returned to grab my tablet. She was comforting, helpful and really assisted me in figuring out a good option for the situation since I was leaving on a hiking trip the next day. I resolved this potential disaster with her help since I was traveling solo. She saved me!

    Lindo hotel típico Suizo, con mucha madera, en un lugar alejado del ruido y con vista a las montañas

    La ubicación si bien esta lejos de la Estación Central, hay buena frecuencia de transporte local para llegar rápida y comodamente al lugar. El desayuno es muy completo y rico, además de tener un comedor con una hermosa vista. La habitación adecuada con muy linda vista a la montaña.

    Los ruidos a la madera, una sensación de que todo es un poco antiguo de mas, pero no deja de ser una linda experiencia.
