    The hotel is beautiful, the room was big, comfortable and clean. The staff was really nice and pleasant. The breakfast was outstanding and the food at the restaurant was delicious. I had the salmon with passion fruit sauce one night, and had the filet mignon with risotto, both were really delicious. We enjoyed the swimming pool with heated water, the waterfall was beautiful, the views of the mountains were beautiful. Ah, there is even a mine in the property, that you can visit. You can hear the birds and the overall stay was really great. I recommend it.

    The access to the hotel is a little intimidating but not the hotel's fault. It is just one big steep hill on a very narrow road, the I had to go on a rainy day. Once I got to the hotel, I didn't leave with my car for 3 days, I used a OP Expert car service (which was really good). Also, you won't find a spot to park in town so using this service was the smart choice. One small suggestion the hotel can use is to install safety holders in the shower for the elders, I was traveling with my mom and it was missed. Didn't like the manual elevator, and no help offered with the luggage, you are on your on.
