Dirty when m9ved in (floor), then dirty everyday on the floor without opening the windows.. clearly there is an issue We have to do our own cleaning of the flat We had to beg to have linen fresh once a week whilst we stay 2 .5 week.... They told us not to through away the trash initially... All service are via messages. Some of the telephone staff where trying to be helpgul other really rude. The quality of the bed was disgraceful... Not the best experience for a not serviced appartment. Voila
