    Camera, posizione, bagno, tutto perfetto

    Orari ristretti della Spa... tra domenica e lunedì non siamo riusciti a goderci nulla

    Not four star

    The location was central

    We were supposed to have two single beds for each room, which was confirmed before travelling, one of us had to sleep on a sofa. Our first room had a noisy air conditioning unit that could not be switched off. We got changed to another room and still had a sofa bed despite asking for a quiet room with two singles. The new room had a dirty toilet and a horrible smell from the bathroom, there war also quite a lot of hair in the corners of the shower from previous quests. Upon checkout we were charged for breakfast and parking which on youre app were ticked upon booking. When we mentioned the problem we got sighs and rolled eyes and told we should have complained or turned the ac off which we did try for two nights.
