  Un hotel 4 estrellas cobrado como 5

  La amabilidad de las chicas del desayuno y de Marlon. Ademas el desayuno es excepcional. La ubicación perfecta.

  Una habitación sin vistas, las ventanas son insonorizadas pero las paredes no, el bidet es ridículo y en vano, fisicamente inutilizable. La tarjeta magnetica se rompió varias veces y no hicieron limpieza ninguna de las dos noches. El control del aire esta amuradoba la pared y no se apaga la luz nunca, hecho a propósito para que no uses el aire por la noche.

  The location is excellent especially for a solo traveller or a first time visit in Madrid. It’s very centrally located and easy to get around.

  The walls were quite thin so I could hear almost all of what was going on in the corridor of my hotel room which was inconvenient especially at night. The staff weren’t particular helpful and didn’t offer guidance on the couple of occasions when I needed it and it’s my first time ever experiencing such as a well travelled person who has stayed in many hotels. That was quite disappointing.
