Wonderful hospitality that made our stay in Florence even more special!
The highlight of our stay was definitely the hospitality! Raisa and Nassim were absolutely amazing—so welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Jessica, the owner, was equally wonderful. They genuinely made us feel at home and added a lovely personal touch to our experience in Florence.

Great location and very comfortable and beautifully done up.
Lovely place in a great location and very comfortable bed. I wish I'd had time to enjoy some of the treats but it was a flying visit. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
My flight was very delayed so I turned up later than I'd told them but still during the day but trying to get access to hotel took me a while (luckily I had friends to go to round the corner). The bell they had marked up with the hotel name got no response, and the telephone number in Booking.com and on Google was unrecognised. I finally got a reply through my Booking.com message and on returning tried a different bell (which had a different company name on it) as well as the one with the hotel name and miraculously the door was opened. The receptionist looked at me blankly when I explained about the bell and said she'd been there all day. When I checked out the following morning the bell with the hotel name on it had been taped over.... I was a little surprised that there wasn't a hook to hang my towel in the bathroom but it wasn't the end of the world for one night's stay. Funnily enough there was a power outage whilst I was in the shower, so it was a memorable stay. That said, I'd happily stay there again as it was a lovely hotel and walking distance to everywhere you might want to go.

Raisa was amazing! She went above and beyond to make it the perfect stay!!
You need hangers in the bathroom for towels and clothes and the shower was hard to use
