    The facilities of this hotel are nice in my opinion. The building has been renovated with good taste and the room was large and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was done remotely but the system is well organized. The staff is flexible and helpful. Although there is no storage for luggage, they allowed us to keep our stuff in the room after check out, as it was empty.

    I did not understand it when booking, but there is no regular front desk. In fact, during our 1-day stay we never saw any hotel staff (everything was dealt by phone). This does not matter in normal circumstances, but my wife got stuck in the elevator and there was nobody in the hotel to help. We contacted the elevator assistance and in about an hour it was solved, but it was quite stressful.
