    Unfreundliches Personal. Mickriges Frühstück, für Kaffee muss man betteln. Laute Straße, kaum geschlafen. Keine Wegweiser zu den Zimmern und Ein- und Ausgängen. Musste ständig fragen. Personal genervt. Wellnessbereich hat man mir nicht gezeigt. 248 € für 2 Nächte ist eine Frechheit. Ich habe nur eine Nacht dort geschlafen. Nie wieder.

    Wochenendurlaub nach Venlo

    Tolle Lage, zentral mit Auto Außenanlage sehr schön angelegt Nettes Personal Frühstück gut Restaurant Speisekarte gut Preis Leistungsverhältnis 👍

    Wir waren bei einem Event in Venlo, dass länger ging als gedacht. Wir versuchten drei Stunden das Hotel telefonisch und auch über booking com zu erreichen, um einen späteren checkin zu erfragen. Ohne Erfolg -wahrscheinlich lag der Telefonhörer daneben, denn es war diese 3 Stunden dauerbesetzt Um auf Nummer sicher zu gehen mussten wir das Event abbrechen. Das war sehr sehr schade Check in Zeiten nicht so gut Erreichbarkeit der obigen Zimmer für ältere Menschen nicht so empfehlenswert

    Sehr nettes, tierliebendes Personal, gut deutsch-bürgerliche Küche. Hotel liegt ausserhalb von Viersen, naturnah mit grossem Parkplatz.
