    Very comfortable inn with a delicious breakfast, in a small town outside Lucerne.

    Breakfast was delicious -- a great spread! Hotel is associated with a wonderful bakery.

    The tradeoff was taking the train from Lucerne, which takes about half an hour door to door. We did not do much in Stansstad other than sleep there, but the hotel cost was significantly less than staying in Lucerne.
