    Personal del hotel poco responsable

    La situación del hotel es muy buena.

    Sonó la alarma de incendios dos veces y el personal del hotel no se presentó para solventar el problema o ver si estaba ocurriendo algo en las zonas a las que no teníamos acceso. Llamamos al personal del hotel y nos dijeron que no iban a venir a ver qué pasaba. Tuvimos que llamar a los bomberos directamente y vinieron a comprobar si todo estaba correcto. Lamentable que ante una situación así y los huéspedes todos por los pasillos preocupados, no haya nadie que venga a confirmar que no corríamos ningún peligro. Una pena que pase esto porque por lo demás estaba todo genial, pero esto es un fallo de seguridad muy muy grave.
