    DESOLAZIONE e DISAGIO

    Il cane Noah all'ingresso dell'hotel

    Tutto. Edificio vecchio, fatiscente, sporco. Accoglienza inesistente. Camera nel complesso come l'edificio. Bagno inagibile, sporco, in disuso. Nonostante tutto questo disagio, siamo stati richiamati perché i cani abbaiavano ( ci tengo a precisare che ci è stata data una camera accanto alla porta dell'ascensore, che saliva e scendeva continuamente, con bambini in trasferta sportiva e clienti dell'hotel per la maggior parte ultra settantenni). Al nostro rientro in hotel dopocena, viale dell'ingresso totalmente al buio e luci completamente spente, con il pericolo di non vedere dove si mettono i piedi e inciampare. Siamo scappati a gambe levate, nonostante avessimo già pagato la camera. Un hotel in Italia deve rispettare una serie complessa di normative statali, regionali e comunali che spaziano dalla sicurezza all'igiene, fino agli obblighi amministrativi, in questa struttura totalmente assenti. Sarebbe il caso di richiedere tempestivamente un controllo perché una struttura di questo tipo non può e non deve poter ricevere clienti.

    Hotel con potenziale, ma vecchio e mal gestito

    Unica nota positiva la localizzazione in centro al piccolo paese

    Assenza anche solo di un ventilatore in camera, temperatura della stanza al momento del check in (ore 22) di oltre 30 gradi. Aria condizionata non presente. Struttura fatiscente e con sporco in camera.
