A Beautiful Alpine Stay with Some Disappointments
The location was lovely, surrounded by the beautiful Alps! The hotel also offered wonderful amenities, including spa treatments, saunas, steam rooms, and a pool. The massage therapist was incredible, and I would highly recommend her. I believe her name was “Priga,” although I may have the spelling wrong. She was exceptional!
The rooms across the hall appeared modern and updated, while my room felt noticeably older by comparison. The bathroom, sink, bed, and furniture were all dated. Given the clear difference in the condition and appearance of the rooms, I felt as though I had been given a lower-tier room. I was also given a complimentary drink card that I unfortunately forgot to use during my stay. At checkout, I mentioned this and asked whether its value could simply be applied as a credit toward one of the drinks charged to my room. The most expensive drink I had was only €7, so I thought this was a reasonable request. The receptionist simply told me there was no way to do that, without offering any further explanation or alternative. I didn’t feel it was worth arguing over €7, but the lack of flexibility was disappointing.

Alles, ons vierde verblijf bij Rita. Familiehotel met enkel gepassioneerde mensen, ook het personeel! Ontbijt ongeëvenaard! Locatie in het Ötztal kan niet beter, zalig om te fietsen. Alle soorten e-bikes gratis beschikbaar!
