To all guests visiting between February 03 and May 01, 2023; The Hotel Roanoke will be removing 1 of our 3 Lobby elevators from service to perform a beautiful renovation. All guestrooms can be accessed by utilizing the two remaining elevators, except for the Governor’s Suite, which will require exiting on the 6th floor and taking the staircase to the 7th floor. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we hope you enjoy the new look and upgrades these renovations will offer.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.     A truley great place to stay.

    Room was spacious and clean. Restaurant was great and food was fantastic. The staff goes beyond to make your experience a wonderful one. We were ust traveling throught but they treat you like a million dollars.

    Not worth money

    The outside front porch and lobby . Beds were comfortable and large screen TV was nice.

    My handicap accessible room halfway underground. You might expect a parking lot view or rooftop view but never expected to be under the bushes. Lots of homeless within walking distance of the Hotel. Angel soft toilet paper for this high end resort. Limited electrical outlets easily accessible. Towels weren't plush.

    It was a nice hotel. It seems you pay extra for location, so kind of over priced.

    Nice old hotel. The rooms were spacious.

    The a/c was loud and due to being an old hotel, I guess they had to figure out how to do a/C the hall and bath seemed cooler, the bedroom really didn’t get cooled too well.
