    Overall, Rather Disappointed

    1. Staff entirely pleasant; 2. Rooms OK (nothing special).

    Location quite far from city centre; Dogs evident in this hotel; 1 of 3 rooms booked had NO air conditioning and no way to prevent insect ingress; Breakfast disappointing - ate here only 1 out of 4 mornings; Daily housekeeping in bedrooms had to be specifically requested and didn't always include fresh linen; Hotel would be unsuitable for guests with mobility issues. Rather disappointed overall.

    Disappointments with: breakfast, housekeeping, dogs in hotel and missing air conditioning.

    1. Staff entirely pleasant; 2. Rooms OK (nothing special).

    1. Breakfast disappointing, hence we ate it only once during 4 night-stay. Ingredient items mostly decanted from cans / cartons / packets. Coffee uninviting/uninspiring. For the number of hotel guests, it wouldn't take much to upgrade service delivery, including fresh pastries, breads and jams; 2. Major disappointment that 1 of 3 rooms we'd booked had NO air conditioning and no way to prevent insect ingress. Limited mains mains sockets to plug in electric fan as well as phone chargers. This aspect wasn't made obvious in advance, and we would have chosen elsewhere had we known. For such a location in South of France, this rendedred the room unventilated, uncomfortable & unpleasant; 3. Daily housekeeping in bedrooms had to be specifically requested and didn't include fresh bed linen during 4-nioght stay; 4. Dogs evident around the hotel; 5. Location a long walking distance from centre. Overall, this hotel was rather disappointing, but could be easily improved with not that much investment.
