    Misschien wel mijn slechtste ervaring met een hotel en service, dit hotel is 4 sterren niet waard.

    Schoonmaak in de kamers is het enige wat goed ging.

    Na meerdere keren vooraf gecommuniceerd te hebben met het hotel is het bevestigd dat de kosten die wij online zagen ook de kosten waren inclusief huisdier. Bij aankomst is er verteld dat wij voor ons hondje van nog geen 3kg 16 euro per dag extra moeten bij betalen direct, dit gehad te hebben was het personeel gedurende hele periode van onze vakantie heel arrogant en zagen wij bij meerdere gasten die incheckten door ons vakantie heen dat ze werden geconfronteerd met extra kosten waar ze niks van afwisten van te voren en dit hebben wij bij echt wel ongeveer 5-6 verschillende gasten gezien gedurende ons hele vakantie. Ons hele vakantie heeft het 1x geregend wat er toe leidde dat er lekkage was over het hele hotel zichtbaar in de muren en kwam er water uit de stopcontacten en lampen op het plafond. Wij zijn nergens voor gecompenseerd en er is niks aangeboden qua rectificatie over alles wat wij deze hele vakantie hebben meegemaakt en hebben moeten verduren.

    Super hôtel, bien situé, à quelques pas de la plage. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, le personnel sympathique.

    Les horaires du buffet du soir sont assez limitées, il faut avoir terminé le repas à 21h ..
