    Very good stay – would definitely book again

    I had a very pleasant stay here and would definitely book this hotel again. My room on the 11th floor was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed linen was fresh. The staff were friendly, professional and pleasantly unobtrusive. I also appreciated the free ice machine and the clearly located, easy-to-use washing machines. Parking was a little confusing. I would recommend using the directly connected municipal parking for JPY 300 per day rather than the option charging JPY 500 each time you enter or leave. The only real downside for me was the mattress, which was extremely firm. After the first night I already had back pain. I did not have breakfast and did not use the spa, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, a very good experience and a hotel I would happily stay at again.

    matress was hard, like, hard --> which is something most japanese people prefer, so for them it is a plus
