    Great location, comfortable

    Great location, spacious and clean room The bed was extremely comfortable!

    Breakfast started at 7:30 am which was too late for me, as I had to leave early. The AC was not working properly, so there was a constant temperature of 26 degrees Celsius in my room

    Персонал вежливый и исполнительный

    В номере и особенно в туалете был неприятный запах. На потолке очень ярко сверкает датчик дыма, что ночью мешает спать. Всего один стул. При смене полотенец оставили только большие банные, правда, принесли по запросу. Завтраки довольно скудные.

    Merci au receptioniste de l’hôtel

    L’accueil du réceptionniste on le remercie d’avoir pu prendre la chambre un peu avant l’heure de son sourire de sa gentillesse de ses explications. L’accueil était vraiment exceptionnel. Très bel hôtel, neuf design d’une superbe décoration, le Spa qui se trouve à côté de l’hôtel et la salle de sport et aussi très très bien.J’aurais pu mettre 10 si il n’y avait pas eu le petit déjeuner avec un manque de professionnalisme total par contre nous avons dîné au restaurant la veille et le personnel ete au top et avons été bien reçu

    Manque de professionnalisme sur Le personnel du Petit déjeuner , qui en avait rien à faire de nos Demande trop occupé à parler entre eux et être sur leur téléphone même s’il n’y avait personne dans le restaurant que nous deux. 15 minutes après l’ouverture. Pas de jus de fruit pas de fruits coupés pas d’eau, pas de petite cuillère, on demande un café, il nous emmène à la machine ou rien est écrit en anglais mais en dialecte bulgare on demande de l’aide et visiblement ça les dérange la qualité est médiocre concernant 15 étoiles, nous avons connu nettement mieux même dans des établissements inférieurs
