    Our stay at RR62 was very pleasant, we were greeted by friendly hotel staff on arrival and the customer service overall

    The property was in good proximity of Hawaii Mahal and shopping places.

    The rooms felt a bit outdated.

    Sehr gutes, sauberes Hotel, super Lage.

    Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Fussläufig zum Palast der Winde. Um die Ecke gleich Geschäfte und Restaurants. Sauberes, komfortables Hotel mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Betten sind toll, das Zimmer Ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles funktioniert. Ich war schon einige Male hier und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

    Ich bin angekommen in einem kleinen Zimmer wo der strom nicht funktioniert hat das Badezimmer eine Katastrophe war und Tiere im zimmer rumgeklettert sind auf nachfrage habe ich eine suite bekommen welche vom ersten Eindruck schön war lediglich waren hinter den großen Vorhängen keine Fenster? Und das Badezimmer war ebenfalls unakzeptabel. Ich hatte für zwei Tage gebucht bin aber nach der ersten Nacht ausgecheckt und habe mir ein anständiges Hotel genommen.
