  The room was a good size, comfortable and clean with a great view over the harbour and a short walk from nice restaurants, a great floating sauna (Saunadypp) and a nice local walk around a lake. It felt a little like a ghost town as I arrived to an empty reception with my keys in an envelope on the desk and came down early to breakfast to find a room with breakfast served already but no staff or other guests to be seen!

  ontbijt en locatie zeer goed.

  Wij hadden een kamer geboekt voor 3 personen. Wij kwamen laat toe en stelden vast dat er slecht 1 bed voor 2 personen in de kamer stond. Er was niemand meer beschikbaar in het hotel waardoor we met 3 in 1 bed geslapen hebben. We hebben dit in de ochtend onmiddellijk gemeld en kregen toen de reactie, ah maar jullie hebben dan toch kunnen slapen. Uiteindelijk hebben we maar moeten betalen voor 2 personen, wat wel correct werd afgehandeld. Waar de fout lag, bij het hotel of bij booking.com is voor ons niet duidelijk. Maar praktisch was het niet echt. Los onze persoonlijke ervaring hier, is het hotel wel een aanrader voor tussenstop.

  Tranquil and convenient. We love it

  We love the location of the hotel with views directly to the port and sea. It was our third time here and we love it because of how convenient the location is. There's a great community in the area with plenty to do. The shops offer a wide variety of things, and there's a new shopping centre for further convenience. There's a new swimming pool which unfortunately we didn't have time to try. The football stadium is very near as well, which anyone can go and play on when NSI don't have a match. The lake is next to this, and it's fair to say that this is why we love to keep returning given the tranquillity and spectacular views you get from walking around. In terms of the hotel, it's more basic but it's perfect for a stay outside of the capital. The rooms are spacious with lovely views. The hotel offers a small menu of food which is good but there's a number of good/great restaurants within walking distance. Etika and Rist are our picks. The hotel offers a good selection for breakfast and the French toast with carrot and cinnamon is very addictive and another reason we like to keep returning. The staff are nice and very helpful too.
