Relative good location and price. Big space of you don't mind no lift.

No lift. Not good with heavy luggages

If it could state no lift.

    Easy and accessible!

Really great location that was close to the busy centre without being caught with lots of noise or traffic! Very easy check-in process and the overall room was nice to a little tightly sized for four people in Osaka. Facilities were nice and clean, great value!

The door lock has this weird thing on it that if it falls out, it will signal an alarm that can't be turned off without calling S-Presso themselves. It wasn't attached properly in our room, and so the alarm went off as you can imagine. The rubbish bin is okay for 2-3 people for a few days, but with the amount of plastic we encountered in Japan, we had to use a few bags ourselves to fill the overflow. Maybe empty the bins every 2nd day or so?
