Mooie kamer, goede service zodra er wat gevraagd word. Over het algemeen weinig personeel gezien. Dat is geen probleem!
Lekker dicht bij alles. Grote kamer. Makkelijk aan te lopen vanaf station
Het bed was erg hard & er is maar 1 lift voor 9 verdiepingen

Perfectly located, good value, spacious, clean, comfy stay
Great location, within a very short walk from Namab's shopping center, it was also walkable from the train station and walkable to other nearby stations. Usable space in the property was good. How cool was it to have a projector in the lounge - kids loved it! Hotel was generally very quiet at night and early mornings. Check-in / Check-out was easy and done by self on tablet/online. Plenty of toiletries in the lobby. Bathroom was good with twin basins Overall very good value too
Toilet odor from sanitary bin. Wish we had something to dry our clothes as we had used the washing machine but had to get creative with drying lines. We also would have preferred a bottle of washing machine liquid as we ran out of sachets as we were only given 1 for our 4 night stay. Bed was a little firm for my liking but the rest of the family were fine. There was included breakfast in a neighboring block but sadly we missed the notice board only finding out about it on checking out - otherwise we would have given it a try for sure.

We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms, which we were very happy with. We loved having the extra space, and everything was clean and very modern. The location was excellent. Staff did their best to be helpful and accommodating throughout.
We weren't particularly happy with the electronic check-in process. Luggage storage was located at their other hotel, which was quite a walk when carrying bags. Breakfast finished at 9:30 am, which we felt was a little early. Although the room was spacious, clean and modern, it lacked a bit of warmth and character. A few pictures on the walls or some decorative touches would have made the space feel more welcoming and less stark.
