The room was of comfortable dimensions and, more important, it was clean. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved, such as the bathroom exhaust fan, which was not working. There was also a fan in front of the bed that did not work, and the room had only one window, which was at most about six inches wide. As for the rest of the facilities, we had no complaints. The complimentary breakfast was okay; however, we stayed for three nights and there was no variation in what was served for breakfast. That said, the hotel's location is excellent, just a few steps from Atlantis Mall and one block away from Andino Mall.

El hotel es muy bonito, bien ubicado, el servicio muy profesional y amable. Bien desayuno incluido. Habitacionales limpias y ordenadas. Agua caliente
Está cerca de lugares que hacen mucho ruido hasta altas horas de la madrugada y aunque está sellada para evitar el exceso de ruido, siempre se escucha

La ubicación dentro de la Zona T de Bogotá; todo es muy comercial y muy seguro. El personal es muy amable y eficiente, con una atención al cliente excelente.
El hotel no está muy bien adaptado para discapacitados. Hay una «franja» entre el ascensor y la recepción donde es muy difícil subir y bajar con las maletas.
