Disappointing room conditions, poor handling of our concerns and no resolution offered.
Unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience at this property. While the location was convenient, the condition of our room made us uncomfortable staying there.
We were extremely disappointed with our experience at Hotel San Francesco. Upon checking into our room, we immediately noticed insects on the floor, dirty and marked walls and a visibly dirty door handle. The overall cleanliness and condition of the room were not consistent with what was advertised on Booking.com. We raised our concerns with the hotel staff, but we were never offered an alternative room or a meaningful solution. We felt uncomfortable staying at the property and checked out the same day, despite having paid for two nights. We then had to book and pay for another hotel at our own expense. What has been particularly frustrating is the hotel’s subsequent claim to Booking.com that we were offered another room, which is simply not true. We have photographic and video evidence of the room’s condition. We expected a clean, comfortable and properly maintained room. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and I would not recommend this property based on how our concerns were handled.

No habian muchas cosas que destacar era buen alojamiento, tenian un libro para dejar mensajes y reseñas, lo encontre interesante, habia un supermercado cerca tambien y estaba ubicado bastante cerca de estaciones de bus y tren para movilizarse
Siento que faltaba iluminación en la habitación y que pidiesen dejar las tarjetas de las habitaciones en recepción antes de salir me parecio extraño pero fuera de eso lo demás estuvo todo bien.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear every word the people in the next room said. It was like we were in the same room.
