Location. Breakfast.
The tea bags inside the room seem to have been opened by someone, and they were not removed when we checked in. The service varies from staff to staff. I did not get the bed cover I asked for and waited for more than two hours, and I had to come down to the reception to ask for an immediate solution. I lived on the third floor, and it was quite scary to not see signs for the emergency exit. It took a while for me to figure out where the stairs were. The hotel is located at the entrance of a small street. My wife experienced uncomfortable staring from people standing along the street, and it made her feel unsafe. Booking.com said that I should ask for the receipt from the hotel if I wanted to use it for a tax-related issue, but the hotel refused to provide a receipt and asked me to get it from Booking.com.

Solo la posizione vicino alla stazione ed il ristorante dentro la struttura
