    We had a great stay and was a great location within easy walking to everything

    Loved the location and the lovely helpful staff Breakfast was wonderful Our room Overlooked the canal which was charming

    Room was quite tiny

    Very disappointed with this hotel

    The bed was comfortable.

    The hotel had an air of faded grandure and unfortunately did not meet my expectations, from the pictures, at all. It was tired and needs renovation work. The room access was difficult as there was no lift to that area of the hotel. The bathroom was basic and old and the jacuzzi bath did not function. The shower was dangerous as it went from boiling to freezing with little in between. The staff were adequate but did not go above basic service level. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel nor would I book it again. On a positive note, the breakfast was good.
