Personnel très sympathique, très bon emplacement et métro juste à côté, bonne literie.
Il faut laisser les fenêtres fermées à cause du bruits, car l'hôtel est situé en plein carrefour de véhicules, mais il y a la climatisation.

A great location for a short stay in Madrid
Great location, great shower, comfortable bed, well supplied bathroom (toiletries). Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel excelent
Hotelul este intr-o stare foarte buna, locatia excelenta, foarte aproape de metrou si de centru. Personalul amabil. Micul dejun bun. Camera mare si linistita, desi aveam vederea spre fantana din piata. Paturile si dusul confortabile. Restaurante, cafenele si zona de magazine aproape.
Nu existau papuci si nici perie de wc.

Genial
El hotel es increíble. Me dieron una suite con terraza, una habitación preciosa. Estaba todo ultra limpio y con todos los detalles, muy cómodo. Unas vistas increíbles y la zona estupenda. Caminando al Retiro tardé 20 minutos. Además hay una sala de fitness y restaurante en el hotel, con precios muy razonables.

Bien en términos muy generales, pero deben mejorar…
Metro y buses à la puerta. Muy central
El Internet muy deficiente e inestable. El servicio en el bar del piso 1 , muy deficiente (me toco levantarme y tomar una gaseosa de la alacena, pues no había nadie para atendernos à 4 personas más 2 niños que comíamos alli… cuando llegó la empleada, le avisé que no me quedo sino tomar de la alacena el refresco… y ella solamente rió (?)…)
