    L'isolamento acustico tra le camere necessiterebbe di essere migliorato.

    Beautiful location , great restaurant

    The only problem I had was there was a loose shutter outside my window and it was randomly banging against the building during the night which kept me awake.

    Wunderschöne Lage, gemütlich eingerichtet. Wie ein Berghotel sein muss.

    Die Betten waren sehr hart, die Matratzen durchgelegen.

    Das Frühstück war gut, die Lage perfekt und der Spa-Bereich wäre bestimmt auch gut gewesen. Das Personal an der Bar und beim Nachtessen war freundlich.

    Das Personal an der Reception war ok aber nicht wirklich freundlich. Das Nachtessen war von der Menge her sehr viel, jedoch qualitativ bei weitem nicht auf dem Niveau was am in den Italienischen Bergen erwarten kann. Das Essen war verkocht, nicht gut gewürzt und hat unsere Erwartungen - welche nicht hoch sind - nicht erfüllt. Beim Frühstück ist ja mittlerweile bekannt, dass in allen Italienischen Hotels Kaffeeautomaten bereitstellen. Es ist aber auch bekannt, dass man auf Anfrage immer auch einen guten Kaffee bekommt. Bei diesem Hotel war die Antwort, bitte nehmen sie Automatenkaffee, die richtige Kaffeemaschine ist defekt.... tja, das war sie wohl nicht wirklich....
