A great place to stay to explore NYC.

The beds were really comfortable and the showers were great. Lovely decor and it was good to go out on to the terrace. We enjoyed the continental breakfast.

The surly receptionist who checked us in. We were too early to get in to our room & had asked in advance if we could leave our luggage and come back after 3. My 10 year old granddaughter asked where the bags would be stored and was told in a room. My granddaughter was anxious about leaving her bag which contained her tablet and other items and asked again where they would be stored. The receptionist was extremely rude in her reply. It was a relief when we arrived back at 3 to find a different receptionist who was very welcoming.
