    Lage Hotel waren Ok, Personal ebenfalls. Management überhaupt nicht freundlich limit arrogant

    Das Frühstück war mehr als gut. Das Personal ebenfalls, aber das Management war einfach unfreundlich, überhaupt nicht kundenorientiert und man merkte leider eine Spannung zwischen Management und Personal

    Einfach den Kundenwunsch bei Frage erstmal zuhören, dann nach einer Lösung suchen statt stur und starr zu bleiben.
