    Typisch Zwarte Woud hotel met gastronomisch restaurant

    Mooi gelegen in een erg stil dorp, in het Enzthal, en niet zo ver van grotere stadjes zoals Freudenstadt, Pforzheim, Bad Wildbad. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Kamer en badkamer erg ruim en vernieuwd. Groot balkon met uitzicht op beboste heuvel. Het is inderdaad een gastronomisch restaurant, volledig heraangekleed met mooie stoffen. Het dinner was excellent, het ontbijt was gevarieerd maar toch wat afgemeten qua aanbod; er was lekker brood.

    Naar onze smaak is de entrée verouderd alsook de lift en er ligt overal vast tapijt, tot in de kamers toe, en in reviews lazen wij dat huisdieren toegelaten zijn. Dit vinden wij niet zo hygiënisch, wij waren blij dat er geen gasten met huisdieren waren. Het meubilair op het terras is schamel, wij hebben er niet op gezeten/gelegen. Er wordt aan de vernieuwing gewerkt, dus wat nu verouderd is kan hopelijk binnenkort ook vernieuwd zijn.
