Katarina and aina where superb 👍 lovely staff
Hello ok about the breakfast" it was very good for me ,but my wife has coeliac disease, and is lactose intolerant" before we arrived i requested that you could cater for my wife, but the first morning we had breakfast, all you had gluten free was a very small bread roll" and there was no lactose free milk" so not a very happy wife" we asked the staff if they could get lactose free milk and good enough they did" but you know these 2 things are very very important" coeliac and lactose" people with these intolerances can be seriously ill if they eat or drink anthing that is not gluten or lactose free" so its not that they have a choice" and that is discrimatory" so i would suggest you make people aware that you cannot fully apply these options before booking" unless you make a little more effort to give these people with allergies an option"

Desayuno incomodo
La ubicación muy buena cerca de playas, restaurantes, atracciones, etc. La limpieza también buena.
La habitación es pequeña. La piscina como se ve en las fotos no es real, es pequeñísima. Pero quizás lo que más me fastidio y que menos gusto era la hora del desayuno, poca variedad, el menú que ofrecen es muy pesado para ser tan temprano... fabas, arroz, guiso de col creo que no era muy apropiado, nos tocó el último turno y lo PEOR era que se juntaba con el turno del personal de limpieza que comía a esa hora, los que se gritaban de una mesa a otra sin importar si habíamos clientes en el salón, incluso pequeñas discusiones ente ellos tuvimos que presenciar, esto fue la tónica de todos los días que tuvimos de estancia, de MUY MAL GUSTO... No tengo nada en contra de que el personal desayune allí también, pero creo que se debería apartar el grupo de los clientes o por último pedirles que se comporten, nosotros pagamos por un buen servicio que no se cumplió, de hecho el último día preferi llevarme el café a la habitación porque estaba cansada de aguantar los gritos que se daban de un extremo a otro del salón, si no puse el reclamo en el momento fue porque mi marido me pidió no hacerlo, pero obviamente no vuelvo a alojarme en este hotel.
