Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Despite its central location on La Rambla, this hotel was a terrible experience. The room was freezing, and there was no proper heating available. The temperature was so uncomfortable that I became sick during my stay. The room also had an unpleasant smell, and there was a serious lack of privacy. The elevators were ridiculously slow, making even getting to and from the room frustrating. To make matters worse, the hotel didn't even provide an iron, which is a basic amenity guests should expect. The overall room conditions and facilities were far below acceptable standards. The hotel clearly needs significant improvements in maintenance, comfort, and management. A good location does not make up for such poor accommodation. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly would not stay here again.

Le personnel était très professionnels, gentils et au petit soin. Le buffet PDJ était exquis. La chambre calme avec une belle vue sur la ville. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
