    The hotel manager was really lovely and explained everything thoroughly and gave lots of good tips and maps for the area. They were really useful. The staff preparing the dinner was also very friendly and so polite, explained every detail of the dinner as well. On top nice amenities and beautiful Onsen. Coffee and ice sticks complimentary for house guests.

    Not very flexible timings for dinner and room could need some update (torn curtains). But overall really lovely. There could be a few more beverage options for dinner.
