The decor of the room was modern and gives a luxury feel. The location was also great, 2min walk to the old city. I had 2 kids so booked an apartment and the small kitchen was really useful. Parking available next to the hotel at €10 per day.
The sofa bed mattress was too firm.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel SINAN HAN. The location is very good, a parking lot is next to the hotel (10€ per day) and everything important is in walkable distance. The two ladies at the reception are super friendly, professional and very helpful. Breakfast is also highly recommended. It has a variety of different food and tasty. The terrace of my room on 3rd floor has a fantastic view on Old Town of Mostar
The room itself was very small. But you can see it before on the pictures and for me it wasn’t a problem at all. Just want to mention it, in case someone needs a big hotel room.

It was unpleasant in the room. It felt dirty and not well maintained.
Location was minutes away from the old town. We'll situated.
One of the most unsanitary places I ha e ever stayed. I found hairs on different places on floor. The pillow cases and towels were stained. Toilet was dirty, I had to Lysol wipe the stains myself. The shower has no partition, water all over the bathroom when taking a shower. When you enter the room, it had cheap perfume smell. Definitely the opposite what was advertised. The next day, after househeeping, I found hair balls and black flakes on the floor. Then realized that the black flakes were blowing out of the AC onto me! Room is so small, my husband banged his knee into the wall when getting up to go the bathroom in the middle of the night. I had a very unhappy stay in the room.

The fact that it was close to the old city
The hotel just looks dated and is not well maintained. The presentation pictures are some years old and they do not reflect the current state of the rooms. The furniture is broken and cracked (couch, bathroom furniture, wallpaper etc.). Also, the room with the terrace is extremely small, like a prison cell small. After we complained they gave us better rooms (the staff, especially the lady the the reception is really nice). Another problem (in the new room this time) was the smell in the bathroom (from the pipes, I think) and the fact that we had the “do not disturb” sign on and they still entered in the room.
