Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price
Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price For a four-star hotel, we expected a much better level of service. The staff barely spoke English, which made even basic requests unnecessarily difficult. We called reception to ask for a luggage scale, but the receptionist insisted on speaking Korean and eventually hung up on us. I then had to go down to reception and use a translation app, only to be told that they didn’t have a luggage scale — something I would expect a four-star hotel to provide. Later, we asked for a simple kitchen knife to cut some fruit we had bought. The receptionist refused, saying it was too sharp to give to guests. We ended up using a wine opener to try to cut our fruit, which was ridiculous. On a positive note, the breakfast was good. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The lack of basic amenities, poor communication, and unhelpful service made the hotel feel far below four-star standards.

Not as good as hoped
The location was very close to the airport and well connected with the public transportation.
The hotel (or at least our room) wasn't particularly well cleaned. There was dust on all surfaces, the bathroom had yellow stains on the tiles and the floor was gritty under our feet.
