  Great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff

  The pillows and bedding were poor quality and uncomfortable. The breakfast quality was also very disappointing.

  The hotel itself is good, and the location is convenient.

  I accidentally made my booking through Booking.com, but unfortunately, I was unable to claim the expenses because my company requires an official bill issued directly by the hotel. I emailed the hotel multiple times to request assistance, but received no response at all. It is really disappointing that despite the hotel being good in terms of location and overall experience, their lack of communication and customer service left such a negative impression. I hope the hotel can improve its responsiveness and provide better support to guests, especially when they need assistance with billing matters.

  初日から疲れた

  立地が良かった。部屋も可愛い装飾で可愛い。

  でも窓があると思いカーテンを開けると隙間に坪庭みたいにしてあり外が見えない。2部屋とったにもかかわらずなんとか付きとアーリーチェックイン付きとかいてあったが問い合わせたところ1部屋しかアーリーチェックインが出来ないといわれた。値段のわりに どうなのかなと思う。10万以上の部屋を予約すると仁川空港から明洞ホテルまでタクシーが無料と言われたが、空港でチャットでどこで待っているかと問い合わせたところカーブで待ってると言われて何度もどこかわからないと 言うと6Aにいます。それを早く言ってもらえたらわかったのに、あげくのはてに追加料金を請求されどう言う事！
