    Excelent!

    Am petrecut câteva zile frumoase aici. Patul a fost uriaș și extrem de confortabil. Personalul mereu zâmbitor si dornic sa ajute.

    Camera este deficitar iluminată; există o singură lampă.

    Lobby is lovely, but does not reflect the rooms.

    $90 a day valet parking and no self-parking. Double LA hotel average. It took 3 days and 4 methods of contact to get my hair dryer situation resolved. Really unacceptable as it's a basic amenity. We were upgraded (unexpectedly) it led us to question what our normal room would have been like as the upgrade was an awkward triangle shape with huge outdated furniture and they had even glued pictures to shelves. Bizarre and not a pleasant room experience. Poor lighting situation and needed lamps on but no central point to control all lights. I wish I could find the other room pics.
