Sehr angenehmer Kurzurlaub in Bad Bevensen
Zimmer modern und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Sauberkeit top, sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen und sehr guter Service. Die Philosophie des Hauses „Bio und regional genießen“ wird wirklich gelebt und hat uns angesprochen.

Für ein 4Sterne-Hotel stimmen teilweise die Leistungen nicht zum Preis pro Tag und Person.
In einem 4 Sterne-Hotel darf man am Früstücksbuffett erwarten, dass es immer frische Brötchen vom Bäcker und frisches Brot gibt. Das war leider nie der Fall.Immer nur aufgebackenes vom Discounter!

Gut und erholsam
Sehr freundliches Personal, verbindlich und hilfsbereit. Reichhaltiges und schmackhaftes Frühstück und Abendessen. Zwei Einzelzimmer gebucht, 205 und 206; beide Zimmer geräumig, auch das Bad und die Duschkabine. Nahe dem Kurpark und der Innenstadt gelegen, ein wunderschöner Park.
Die Zimmer erwärmen sich sehr schnell, trotz Markise und dunklen Übergardinen. Keine Klimaanlage. In beiden Zimmern sind die Fernseher schlecht angebracht, ein gucken vom Bett ist schwierig. Sehr feste Matratzen. Ständig an- und ausgehende Lichtleisten unter der Bettkante und am Schranksockel; die am Bett wurde auf Wunsch vom Service abgeschaltet. Es gab leider keine Gerichte mit Schweinefleisch.
