    Первое что хотелось бы отметить, очень вежливый персонал, все очень приветливые и дружелюбные, очень быстро реагируют на просьбы, второе это чистота как в самом отеле, так и на его территории, номера вообще отдельный разговор, очень чисто. Нам попал номер с видом на море, это было шикарно. Так же приятно удивил подарок оставленный в номере пока мы катались на горках, нам принесли ведерко с шампанским и бутылку холодной воды. Расположение отеля просто великолепное, рядом шикарный пляж, парк аттракционов, парки и центр города.

    Las instalaciones i el hotel están muy bien i en frente el mar precioso.

    Lo que no nos gustó nada fue el buffet nos quedemos bastante decepcionados la verdad pero por lo de más bien.

    Honestly the whole facilities were dirty, room smelled like sewers and I could see black hair over the bathroom floor when I checked in. When we went for dinner, food tasted like leftovers thrown together. When I went to salad bar, tomato's were unwashed with soil, when eating breakfast, I saw the man fry the eggs, and then reheat them when needed. This caused them to be overcooked and crunchy. Just everything, from check in staff what seemed graduates, who didn't know professionalism, to just disgusting rooms. For the price, it was absolutely not worth it.
