Beautiful stay in a stylish and comfortable hotel.
The room was unique and very comfortable. Staff were unfailingly helpful and nice. Spa facilities were top notch.
Really, we were totally satisfied with our experience and would definitely return.

Très déçu par le rapport qualité/prix.
La chambre était propre et le lit confortable.
À mon sens le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas du tout justifié. Attention, si vous réserver votre chambre soyez attentif car l’accès au spa/wellness n’est pas inclus (60 dollars supplémentaires) et ceci n’est pas forcément clairement mentionné. Aussi les horaires d’ouvertures sont de 10:00 à 18:00 et ceci aussi n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce booking. De plus, l’isolation phonique des chambres n’est pas top, la ventilation est très bruyante et l’intensité des nuisances s’est intensifié dans la nuit. Nous avons fait part de nos remarques à la réception et malheureusement aucun geste n’a été proposé.

We come here every year and it's one of my favourite hotels in the world. My kids absolutely adore visiting. The property is so beautiful and clean and every small detail has been thought of and included. The area is also amazing for hiking and delicious food. I am always really sad to leave.

Le choix de l'hôtel était en regard de 2 choses: proximité du centre-ville et SPA sur place
La vue sur l'extérieur, les couleurs de la chambre, la tapisserie derrière le lit.
Lit spacieux et très joli mais trop mou et draps mal fixés; décor axé sur le ''look'' plutôt que sur le confort (i.e peu de place pour bouger, un seul fauteuil, pas de table autre qu'un bureau faisant face à un mûr. ergomomie mal adaptée des accessessoires de salle de bain, pas de crochets pour suspendre les serviettes ou peignoirs...).
