Elegant comfortable hotel with great staff and facilities in a perfect location
Wonderful old school French hotel with all the pomp and class. Lovely helpful staff. Great location, just a short walk from the centre of the city. Really comfortable and big room, nice bathroom. The Spa facilities are excellent and well worth using. We had dinner in the restaurant in the evening and the food was excellent. Would certainly stay again if we go back to lovely Chartres. Good valet parking service too.
Nothing really to mention. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, apart from the lady who served us at dinner. (Although it may have been more a language issue).

Propreté literie et salle de bain, Le contexte luxueux, des couloirs et des espacés communs.
Le reste de la chambre est très sale ; Des plaids non nettoyés, un tapis avec miettes et poussière. La poussière présente partout, un sol sale... Un bruit très embêtant, sûrement dans la chambre à côté (un son de compresseur). Une literie d un Incomfort incroyable ! Deux lits simples pour une chambre à plus de 230€, une tête de lit qui bouge sans cesse..bref l'impatiente de retrouver son chez soi.

The shower was a bathtub, uncomfortable, my father could not take shower he was afraid to fall down.
