Falta de humanidad y de profesionalidad.
Habitación espaciosa.
Información incorrecta. NO tienen aire acondicionado como tal. El personal lo controla y lo tenía limitado. Cuando comenté que la temperatura era asfixiante (habitación orientada al sol un día con 27º a la sombra) lo bajaron un poquito, pero a la hora de estar en la habitación (sobre las 9 más o menos) lo desconectaron pese a las súplicas (iba con un familiar de casi 80 años que necesita cuidados) y de mala manera nos indicaron que si no nos gustaba que fuéramos a otro hotel. Pasamos la noche a 26º (tenemos las fotos para las reclamaciones que preparamos). Elegimos hoteles siempre de 4 o 5 estrellas para asegurarnos ese mínimo confort. Pero aquí nos despreciaron y nos hicieron sufrir, apagando sin más el aire. Inhumano. Poder hacer que unos huéspedes con necesidades especiales estén cómodos en un entorno saludable y no hacerlo porque al responsable no le da la gana es algo que no he visto en todos los años que llevo viajando.

Pleasant Popular Hotel
Beautiful reception and breakfast area, pleasantly furnished and spacious. Without exception, all the staff with whom we interacted were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious comfortable, with a balcony providing views overlooking the vineyard. An additional bonus for us was the vast number of EV chargers available within the hotel grounds.
Not much to dislike, only the fact that our stay was so short.
