  Outstanding Staff

  We came with high expectations, and Wulfenia exceeded them. The unique location, elegant design, and spotless cleanliness immediately impressed us, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Our first impression came from Matija, who welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. With over 10 years of experience in customer service, including luxury hotels, I was genuinely happy to meet someone who clearly loves working in hospitality. From the very first moment, we clicked. The lovely Artemis was also contributing to the great atmosphere at reception, but Matija was the one who took care of us throughout the check-in, and it was without a doubt the highlight of our stay. We also met the front desk manager at check out, Patrizia, who confirmed that her team is indeed something special and she is lucky to have them. Every department worked seamlessly, with smiling, attentive staff always happy to help. A special thank you to Leonidas in the restaurant, whose kindness and thoughtful service accompanied us throughout our stay. We even shook hands on our last evening. We loved every detail: the complimentary ski lift pass prepared at check-in, peaceful mornings alone in the pool, à la carte eggs at breakfast, delicious afternoon cookies in the lounge, and the complimentary minibar, Sothys cosmetics... Luxury is created by people, and Wulfenia has an outstanding team. If they remain the same, I have no doubt the hotel has a bright future. Congratulations to all of you for your professionalism.

  Top-Notch Hospitality

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The junior suite was spacious, beautifully furnished, and spotless, the spa was excellent, and the location was perfect. The only weaker point was the cuisine, which didn’t quite match the otherwise high standard — although the wine selection was outstanding. What truly made the difference was the incredibly kind and professional staff. Their warmth and attentiveness made our stay special.

  Best hotel in Nassfeld!!

  We stayed at Wulfenia for a family ski trip. From the moment we walked through the door until we left I can say this was the best hotel experience in Nassfeld by far (and we stayed at a number of hotels over the years). From front desk staff (especially Patrizia!) to restaurant and bar staff as well as housekeeping - everyone was very kind and professional, attentive and helpful. Service is simply great! Food (breakfast and dinner) is great as well. SPA offering is nice, and everything is clean and well kept. We had a room on 1st floor with exit to the garden (I think because of the dog) - again, everything was great! Highly recommended place. Oh, and not to forget, location is also great if you are into skiing!

  Best hotel experience ever!

  This is is best hotel we ever stayed and we have been everywhere in the world. The service, staff, location, quality of food and convenience is unprecedented! I can only recommend spending your holiday in this unique hotel, winter or summer.

  Fantastic stay

  Everything was fantastic! It was not our first stay, we chose the hotel for the high quality of service and food and we were not disappointed! And as a nice surprise our room was upgraded. Thanks to everyone, especially nice lady from Sardinia at the reception :-)
